TRUCK SIM HUB TRACKER - early access 0.2.2 (Windows 10/11 x64)

INSTALL
Run TruckSimHubTracker-Setup.exe. Open Truck Sim Hub Tracker from the Start
menu. For the portable ZIP, extract the whole folder and keep the executable
beside _internal. Python is included; no separate Python install is needed.

CONNECT
1. Open https://trucksimhub.net and sign in with Steam.
2. Under Connect tracker, generate a one-time pairing code.
3. In the desktop app's Connection page, enter that code and pair.
The Hub address is editable. Existing connections keep their saved address.
4. Close ATS/ETS2. In Game setup, select a detected game or choose its folder.
Install the telemetry plugin for each game. Different existing DLLs are
preserved. Game folders in protected locations may require manual copying.
5. Start tracking. Launch the game, accept the SDK notice and load a profile.

DRIVE AND OVERLAY
Drive shows live instruments and the current delivery. Deliveries shows the
last 20 jobs recorded here (500 retained per driver/Hub). The full server
history and VTC pages open from the desktop app in your browser.

Use BORDERLESS or WINDOWED gameplay for the overlay. Exclusive fullscreen
is not supported in this release. In Overlay, preview and drag the HUD,
adjust its size and opacity, then lock it.
  Ctrl+Shift+O: show/hide overlay
  Ctrl+Shift+M: position/lock overlay
Preview is labeled sample data and never creates a job or uploads anything.
During a drive the HUD is click-through and hides on switching apps or loss
of telemetry. If a shortcut is already in use, use the app's Overlay controls.

Closing the window keeps tracking in the system tray by default. Double-click
the tray icon to reopen; use Quit tracker to exit safely. This preference and
automatic tracking on app launch can be changed under Connection.

The desktop program and installer are unsigned early-access builds. Actual
ATS and ETS2 sessions are required to verify compatibility on your game
versions before general release. Do not disable Windows security protections.

DATA AND UNINSTALL
Tracked: game, truck, speed, RPM, fuel, cargo, route names, distance, damage,
delivery status and in-game earnings. No saves, passwords, mods, coordinates
or screen recordings are uploaded.

Local data: %LOCALAPPDATA%\TruckSimHubTracker. The device token uses Windows
DPAPI for your Windows account. A SQLite outbox retains pending events for
seven days; live frames are coalesced. Drivers and Hub origins have separate
queues. Do not delete this folder when deliveries are pending.

Uninstall via Windows Installed apps or the Start menu. Pairing, preferences,
local history, pending uploads and installed game plugins are preserved.
Revoke a device on the Hub to stop server access. Pairing a different driver
does not import another driver's queued jobs. Missed completion events may
produce Interrupted jobs; earnings are never invented. This is not anti-cheat.
